The International Green Week Berlin (IGW) is the world’s largest trade fair for food, agriculture and horticulture and has already established itself as a traditional event. The Green Week Berlin offers products such as fruit and vegetables, fish, meat as well as dairy products. In addition, the IGW offers a wide range of wine, beer and spirits combined with international specialities, so that no culinary wishes remain unfulfilled. In line with the consumer trend, direct agricultural marketers and the organic market with products from controlled organic cultivation offer an up-to-date range of products. In the field of agriculture, forestry and horticulture, practical and scientific findings will be presented in semi-commercial focal points such as bio-energy, in addition to numerous commercial participations, e.g. with sustainable raw materials. The International Green Week Berlin also offers a supporting programme with more than 300 symposia, seminars, congresses and committee meetings.
